Resolution criteria

This market resolves YES if the stated event occurs by the end date as reported by at least two of the following primary sources: Reuters, AP, Bloomberg, or the official body responsible for the outcome. Otherwise resolves NO. Disputes are escalated to the ITRADE oracle committee.
